You will get your Dpoints when, as Nysha said, the item mall is online. Stay with us till then.
I have also talked to Unli and Musico and they will not trade the $50 for anything right now. Just wait for the item mall to be up. It may take a while since there are alot going on with the server atm. From bugs being fixed to rates being changed, to items being cutomized. After all of these changes have been implanted, I bet the server will look and be better than it was before. Patience is a virtue. All these downtime could and will result to a better server than ever before!
