I have a quick and easy 3-Step guide. As the title says, its about nabs who block NPC for fun. Lots of people have been victims of these, including me. Heres what you have to do
Step 1: Locate the nab
Step 2: Hold down tab
Step 3: click the NPC ( Dont worry if the character's name appears)

If anyone there does not know what Tab is, here's a picture.
